I decided I had had enough one day , said I would quit and started to use the nicotine gum .
I smoked for most of my life & I was sure that would never be able to quit .
I was wrong it's been 6 months ago, almost 7 . Sometimes I think I'm forgeting something ,it's strange to be without it but it's getting better .
I feel great now and NO I don't miss it !

Honey if you truly want to quit you can do it , the hardest time is the first couple days , but believe me the gum helps a lot .

Good Luck !!!

I don't recommend this method to anyone. In 1994 I was in a bad car crash, the six months I was hospitalized, cigarettes were not on the menu. I still felt the urge though. But, after all that time when I tried to smoke again I didn't want to anymore.

I quit about 20 years ago...I used nicorettes...It was very very very difficult for me....I occaisionally miss it..but only very briefly...the longer I am away from cigarettes the more intolerant I become of their smell....My advice is that if you really want to quit..the best tool you have is your own mind...make it up that you really want to quit.
