not off the line but well before the 1/4 mile marker and on the open road. the Haya will beat it in traffic and twisty roads, on a race track, that would be great to see

hell yes!!! a Mercedes SLR Mclaren is a super car. It has 617 HP can go 0-60 in less than 5 seconds and can maneuver very well. The Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 is not even a match for S 55 AMG! let alone a Mercedes SLR Mclaren

Car against a motorcycle well The Hayabusa 1300 would win if the rider is experienced along with the Mercedes driver but the Hayabusa would get beat by the the new ZX14 Suzuki.

First off you really do need some English classes. Second off neither of these are super sport bikes, super sport bikes are 600cc 4 cylinder or 675cc 3 cylinder road racers. The bikes you mentioned are hyper sport bikes and are much more comfortable and faster than a super sport but sacrifice a fair amount of handling capability. Therefore they make excellent drag racers and sport tourers but are only "OK" as a track bike. But anyway after having ridden both of these bikes a few times I decided to buy the Kawasaki. The performance differences between the ZX-14 and 2008 Hayabusa are very minimal though the ZX-14 holds an advantage from a standstill due to it's better clutch, the ZX-14 also has a slight advantage in braking partly due to it's lighter weight and partly to it's marginally better brakes. The Hayabusa has an advantage through tight turns but the ZX-14 is better in longer sweeping turns due to it's better stability. And last but possibly most important the ZX-14 is just so much more pleasant to ride. There is much less vibration from the engine, the ergonomics are quite a bit more roomy, and it has all around better build quality and fit and finish making for a more solid and stable bike.

For top speed, the Merc. For acceleration, the Haya up to a point some where after a 1/4 mile, at which point the Merc would pull in to top speed. For twisty stuff, a motorcycle usually has some advantage. For braking, I'll bet it would be close. For economy, the Haya would win. For price, the SLR wins big at $440K+ vs $11,150! You could buy about 40 Haybusas for the price of one SLR!

i just saw this on TV, it was a Yamaha R1 vs. Porsche Carrera4 on the racetrack. And anyone who knows anything about anything knows the R1 is no wimp 0-60 in 3.2 secs and the Porsche Carrera although a great car is not one of the best and has 4 wheel drive making it slower on a dry track and it takes 5.2 secs to get to 60 mph. And in an actual race, the bike loses soooooooo it just depends on if you are actually racing or drag racing because in a straight line a bike 9.9 times out of 10 will beat a car. By the way the video can be seen on the link below, its the 6th video down and is titled Yamaha R1 vs. Porsche Carrera4 on the racetrack.
