If you are serious about an allergy, it is because of the dust mites that collect on the pages. i actually have the same problem. I used to work in a library, and had to quit due to the allergys.

Maybe the books that you are reading are covered with dust. That's why you become allergic because of the bacteria flying around you :) when you blow away the dust :). ^_^

You should try someone else's books. The books in your house are probably very dusty (from not being read) and the dust could be causing your allergies.
