Increasing your memory.helps with the freezing/getting booted problem.You can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526kb or higher,click apply then ok.If it’s not listed as Kb,”some are not.” Just double the number listed.

In order for someone to answer your question properly, you have to provide more information.
The speed of your computer?
How much memory?
Are you running Windows XP?
Is your operating system up to date?
Do you have a virus protector?

One of the things you can try right away is to CTRL-ALT-DEL and see how many processes are running in the background at which point you can see how much of your resources are being taken. Reduce the amount of programs running in the background and make sure that all your drivers and patchs (like javascript) are up to date.

Last but not least, run a spyware program and have all the junk removed.

Well, RuneScape has trojans, viruses, spyware, adware, that kinda stuff.

To make it simple, Runescpae is bad for your computer.

Much like a super greasy Philly Cheese Steak for your computer.

It's very unhealthy.

Because its a game that takes up too much of your RAM.

This game doesnt.
