ok i find out all the info i know about navels now the size gauge do i pick the size of the gauge i want 14g or 16g which is better ? and can i pick the size?

You can pick the size you like but I would go for the 14g.
I had mine done 5 years ago and I still love it. I have a variety of belly bars and a belly ring depending on the mood I'm in. You'll need to take proper care of it after you get it done. I suggest swimming at the beach because natural sea water is great for helping small wounds to heal.

No you dont pick the size they are all the same size you just pick what kind of ring you want to put in

I have had mine pierced three times and each time they gave me a 14g. I am pretty sure that is standard and you really would not want to go bigger than that until after the wound heals.

Just pick the one that's the ugliest to you because after you get it you may think of it that way...and it may stretch to what you don't want....because you may not keep your same size all you life...and most likely you'll get heavier.
You know how women get stretch marks....well all of you will try to strech as you gain weight.
So perhaps you didn't consider all of that....I just wanted to tell you about the facts of life.....and gravity...it doesn't work for you.

well i got mine done and i got the 14 g... and it will puss for a couple days and looked infected but just keep cleaning it...i cleaned mine 3 times a day with dial soap(orange don't know y but yea) and Bactine is awesome..
