I found out that I had a dermoid cyst back in June. My doctor tried to get it out through a laparoscopy surgery. But instead she found out that I only have my left ovary which is 5cm because of that cyst. She also saw that I have endometriosis. She told me my case is very complicated and she sent me to see another specialist. Can I can get pregnant with one ovary that has a dermoid cyst in it and endometriosis?
I want to have kids. Please help me!

If you ovulate and the egg makes it to the fallopian tube, then you can become pregnant. The endometriosis reduces the chance, but does not eliminate it. Do not read too much into this. Continue to seek medical advice from professionals. Don't get your hopes up or let down without more information. Possibility and likelihood are not the same. Do not confuse the two with each other.

In 2002, I lost an ovary to endometriosis.

In 2004, I had a baby boy.

I don't know about the dermoid cyst (never heard of that type of cyst, so know nothing about it), but know that the other two issues are not disqualifiers.

Endometriosis does make it harder to conceive -- it makes it harder for the egg to reach a place to implant. But there are treatments that can reduce the adhesions, increasing your odds of conception.

NOTE: Endometriosis cannot be "corrected" via a simple laparoscopy. They may be able to remove SOME of the adheshions, but getting ALL of them is unlikely. This is a lifelong condition which can be treated, but not cured.

The treatment usually involves hormonal therapy which induces temoprary menopause (and causes remaining adhesions to shrink.)

I wish you luck it this. I know exactly how frustrating it can be... I hope you get the same happy surprise I did.

You really need to read "Endometriosis Bible & Violet Protocol" by Zoe Brown (also available in electronic format here: http://www.endometriosisbible.info ). It's about how to eradicate endometriosis disease forever. It worked for me, you will see results in only a matter of weeks. Good Luck!

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/f87e9

Anything is possible.

I had 3 kids and just found out that I have polycyctic ovaries. (a condition you are born with that causes infertility most of the time)

I never knew I had it.

The doctor should have corrected the endometriosis via your original laparoscopy surgery. if your right ovary is fullf funcitonal this is GREAT NEWS. You should start and induction treatment and have a better chance to reproduce.
