oh goody I love Harry gossip. Ok, J.K. is having trouble with the release date because the next movie comes out next year in July...but she 'mentioned' that it would be nice it it was released around "Harry Potter's Birthday."
I'm not looking for the Book 7 until around Christmas...the release dates change "frequently."
I think that Albus is not dead...Snape helped with with the potion which actually protected him even though it made him very sick. I think that Albus had to die to make HP angry enough to go after Voldemort. Also HP can't exist without Voldemort and vice versa so to end the reign of evil, HP, will have to 'sacrifice' himself, but in doing so he will be reunited with his family on 'the other side.'
I have an alternative theory that Lily had an affair with Snape and Snape is actually the father of HP, but I think the readers on this website probably would think that a little too dark and adultish.

We have absolutely no idea; nothing at all has been confirmed yet. Jo did say that she would write the book in 2006 and we predict she'll finish it by the end of the year. It has been rumored that it will be released on July 7th, 2007 (7/7/07). But some have said that it would be a publicity nightmare to release it then, seeing as the Order of the Phoenix movie is slated for a July 13th release.

Supposed to be next summer, like June '07.
I hope that Harry doesn't die. I know it's the last book and all, but it would really suck if Voldemort ended up winning.
Maybe a romance between Ron and Hermoine?
