I agree, quite disturbing!!! I do believe that was the movie that made Kathy Bates big. The part that disturbed me the most, was the breaking of the feet and ankles. Unique and still a hit.

Disturbing to say the least. Wasn't he a famous author or something and she was obsessed with him? I have not seen the movie in a long time.

It is one of the best Stephen King stories made into a movie. If you like it I would suggest reading the book it's even better.

surely, the worst scene interior the movie is while she hobbles him with a block and sledgehammer to evade him from leaving. each and every little thing else is quite tame while in comparison with that.

i liked it i was defiantly kinda of creepy and made me think if there really are obsessed fans lie her out in the real world.
