Yes. Thanksgiving is an American holiday much like the 4th of July. Other countries also have their own specific holidays to celebrate certain events that took place in their countries. For example, Mexico's Independence Day is September 16th. Mexicans celebrate it in America as well as in Mexico.
-------------------------------------------------------
Our country is the only one that has Pilgrims and Native Americans when we talk about Thanksgiving, but many other Countries celebrate a day much like our Thanksgiving.
------------------------------------------------------
In Korea:
The fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month is Ch'usok, one of the major holidays in Korea. Ch'usok is also called Hangawi or Chungch'ujol. A saying goes that "No more, no less, just as it is on Thanksgiving Day," because the weather is pleasantly cool around this season, neither too warm nor too cold. For their Thanksgiving, they "Play Turtle", have chair fights, do circle dances and eat rice cakes.
In Canada:
Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends to get together and have a large meal and give thanks for all that we are thankful for. We do not celebrate it as much as our American neighbors. Often grandparents and relatives will come to visit because it is a long weekend. Thanksgiving is the second Monday of October. We usually eat turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie.

We celebrate Thanksgiving in Canada in October. A lot of other countries celebrate the end of harvest, giving thanks for the bounty of their crops, etc.
