This virus/spyware has infected my computerin my localsettings/temp internet folder, only when I go & delete it it's back in there 2 minutes later. I can't seem to get rid of it! What can I do to delete it for good? I've tried spybot, trendmicro, and pc-cillin. The first 2 didn't even see it, and the pc-cillin detects it but says it can't clean it. Help please...I need to get this offf my machine!! Thanks!

Well, you've gotten yourself into a mess with this one lol. However, it's nuttin that cant be removed and I'll be happy to help you with it. Go to www.google.com and in their search box, type in Hijack This.. It will take you to page after page of places to download the program at no charge. Notice the warning that it has "If you are not a Tech, Do Not Attempt to use this program. By using it improperly, you might accidently remove some of the system files that run your computer. When you have it downloaded, let me know at dumbbutt4321@yahoo.com and I'll help you the rest of the way. Great question by the way, thank you, Larry (RadioShack 01-9590)

Sometimes they have another program that will detect if the main spyware was uninstalled so it can reinstall it. Anyways I would do a search for it and how to manual remove it. If you want to then try two more spyware scanners. Make sure there updated before you scan though. Adaware and Microsoft's Defender.

these answers are ok but missing the first step to removing it.

you need to turn off system restore function in the system folder
then reboot the computer in safe mode and then run a anti-virus program that will detect it and then watch it destroy it for good
then after that goto create a new restore point and create a new restore point the computer will ask to turn this feature back on it is ok to say yes to this then create the new restore point and then reboot your virus free!
