Just out of curiosity.. Where are you from? and who is doing the attacks the Dem or the Rep? I'm from MN and all three dems are being attacked by the Reps.

Are the Dems doing the attacking in the south because they are losing??

I am being honest. Unless you think "Mark Kennedy should be ashamed of himself" for attacking Amy Klobuchar as attacking him. I don't see that.

rukidding- Well give me one example of a dem attacking a rep in MN. Cause I have yet to see one. I assumed this was because they're all winning by huge numbers. That's why this question was aimed toward the south. Thinking that dems were doing it where they were losing or if it was just part of the Republican game plan. If you don't think there is one, then your just foolish..

you mean like this horsesh*t?:

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — A Democratic congressional candidate accused in a political ad of billing taxpayers for a call to a phone-sex line said an associate may have misdialed the number while trying to reach a state agency.

The ad that began airing Friday shows Democrat Michael Arcuri leering at the silhouette of a dancing woman who says, "Hi, sexy. You've reached the live, one-on-one fantasy line."

But Arcuri's campaign released records showing the call two years ago from his New York City hotel room to the 800-number sex line was followed the next minute by a call to the state Department of Criminal Justice Services. The last seven digits of the two numbers are the same.

OK, I thought this was just "out of curiosity" until I found out the astonishing "fact" that the only candidates that are being attacked in MN are Democrats! C'mon now! Do you actually believe that or are you trying to be funny or what?

See, here in Pennsylvania, both Republicans AND Democrats are doing the attacking. There are degrees to the attacks, but they're both attacking. It's really amazing to me how people can believe that kind of thing. I mean, I understand you're a Democrat and your supporting your party, but you must be able to do better than this!

Actually, I think the attack ad by the Republican National Committee against Ford in Tennessee was ridiculous. Where I live in California, John Doolittle, a Republican, is being attacked by vets for voting against health benefits for veterans while he approved a congressional pay raise. Richard Pombo, also in the area, is being attacked for the very same reason.

The problem with attack ads is that they are effective but they also just turn the electorate off on the voting process, which is part of the parties' strategy anyway.

I see it on both sides.

I think it depends on the candidate, not really the party they are in. Both parties do that and both parties develop tactics to play on people.

People should find out the truth about what they feel is important in their voting decision and just vote for the candidate who most matches what they want.

It goes both ways, but like I said, when they say terrible things about each other, that's the only time they may be telling the truth.

If you were honest you would have said that both sides are attacking each other.
