Of course. It's a very cheap sort of hydrotherapy. Get the water as hot as you can stand it and just float awhile. Do it about an hour before going to bed and you'll sleep like a log. Don't listen to lazies who are hung up on modern showers; lying in the bath goes back four thousand years!

Nope. The last time I was in a hotel was in 2004 at Florida and they had none there, but I was in a pool there.

yeah....some people think thats gross, but think about it, a lot of other things in a hotel are probally just as gross.....its just feels sooo good- its hard to resist:)
