It is up to you to protect your sister. She should come first in your life before your cousin. When you hit people that is being abusive and you need to keep your sister away from her. I am sure your sister looks up to you because you are older. If this is truly an abusive situation, you need to talk to someone and get help if she is really hurting your sister.
