steady stretching of your sore spots helps increase blood flow to the area, speeds the healing process and reduces the localized stiffness that make moving a painful proposition. Ice numbs the pain.Massage reduces soreness and allows you to work out closer to an optimal level the next day. And besides, as we told you last week, a massage feels so good that it can help you forget about any ache and pain you have.

Try any pain pill for the pain and you should drink water before practice to make sure you are hydrated. You can rub some Icy Hot on them if you wish but a warm bath always seems to help my husband. Good luck

Have every muscle in your legs and thighs massaged by a therapist. Run a hot bath and relax your legs in them for awhile. At night rub icy hot or bengey on your legs. Stretch your legs in the morning and at night. Drink more milk. Get more calcium in your diet. Take vitamins. Good luck!

heat will make them feel better. For leg cramps there is an OTC product called leg cramps with quinine that works well to get rid of leg cramps. You could also drink pickle juice but that would just be gross.

it quite is quite popular. once you workout if your physique can not aquire adequate oxygen needed for the muscle communities to breathe then lactic acid is produced. In destiny i might advise taking a chilly bathe or tub right now after that workout and this might help with removing this buildup and combating that feeling afterwards. once you're workout the tiny muscle fibres are broken/torn and then reattach greater, that's how muscle groups enhance and enhance in length and capability. it quite is in simple terms the place you have experienced and is quite popular. in simple terms confirm you do no longer workout too complicated, if that feeling hasn't long previous after say 2 days then next time do no longer artwork out quite as complicated

Leg cramps are really something to deal with. I get them, and they are so painful I think if they lasted very long I would have a heart attack. Potassium is supposed to help.

Drink more Aquafina... lack of water is huge reason for leg cramping
BTW, cherry juice contains quinine and so does tonic water. It helps but nothing helps like a tall cool glass of water.
