I gave my wife a limited amount of support even though we had 50/50 custody because I made a higher percentage of the family income and I wanted to make sure my kids were fed.
But I also made sure that it was a fair deal for myself so that my kids could get fed at my house -- after she took all of the family money before she took off.
You can ask for support before the divorce is finalized, because sometimes it takes a while and a judge will sometimes make a temporary finding to insure that the children are cared for. It is also a good thing to go for if it looks like it will take some time because if a person doesn't uphold their support agreements before the divorce, they probably won't afterwards, and a judge likes to know things like that.
Good luck and God bless as you go through this difficult time.

First, soliciting for and getting an order of help won't provide him computerized visitation. it extremely is a separate issue altogether. he will ultimately request and get visitation. With you breastfeeding, his visits will initially be constrained in small quantities of time, despite the fact that be attentive to that the fact is that he does have rights and could be waiting to have longer and consistent visitation. i might propose attempting to allow him to be certain the baby. you will flow previously a decide in some unspecified time interior the destiny and choose directly to tutor that decide which you have your childs ultimate interest and are and function allowed it extremely is father visitation. it extremely is the alternative you made once you had a baby with him! i'm sorry to sound so harsh, despite the fact that it extremely is the fact. the final component you're able to do on your darling toddler is attempt to have a healthy dating with it extremely is father. this would not propose you're able to desire to be ultimate pals, yet you the two have a consumer-friendly objective and that's to have a healthy, happy baby. I want you the very ultimate!!!

you can go on line and fill out a child support worksheet that will tell you how much he should be paying. If he is not willing to pay go to you county's child support enforcement agency, as long as you are separated he should be paying.
