I like this guy at school and he's one of my best friends.He's always nice and HOTT.He flirts with me almost all the time.He knows that i like him. How do i get him to like me?How do i ask him out?........by the way is it bad for a girl to ask a guy out...(im a girl lol)

I don't think you should ask him out as you might put him on the spot because if he is truly your friend he will not want to hurt your feelings even if he really don't want to date you.
I think that you should let him take the lead and do "friends" type stuff and see if things will develop naturally. You can try telling him that you really wanted to see a movie but don't have anyone to go with...see if he will volunteer.

Just ask him honestly if he could ever see the two of you being more than friends. If he's flirting with you, he's probably already thinking of it.
NEVER BAD FOR A GIRL TO ASK A BOY OUT!!! Don't worry about it -- that stigma went the way of the dodo long ago.

Make it sound innocent ... just say, (as though it suddenly popped into your head out of nowhere) "hey, would you like to go out to ____ Friday night? I think it would be fun!" That's not the same as saying, "could we go out sometime?" He must like you since he's always flirting with you and he would probably love to go on a date with you, but maybe doesn't know how to ask you. After the ice is broken, it will be easier for him to do the asking next time. (Yes, it's perfectly okay for you to do the asking.)

its not bad if a girl askes a guy out. if he flirts with u then maybe he does like u. u never know!!! if he already knows that u like him than ask him out already don't just wait until someone takes your man away. do it as fast as u can!!!!

Don't wait anymore ask him out, I am sure he likes you to.
To start ask him out as you would ask a friend to go with you, movie, shopping etc.
