Remind him that piercings can be taken out. Tattoos are forever and it's not like you're asking for a tattoo!!! That's how I got my mom to agree, anyways.. hee hee!

Well its punk style piercing belly buttons and all. Why do you need piercing belly buttons when you have earrings ?
