My sister has been with this guy for ages...this summer (works as a firefighter) he spent away with another woman, didn't call nothing. While she's at home with 2 kids going into a major depression!! Then he shows up wanting to take her to Hawaii and she goes back to him!!! What the hell is wrong with people?? Would you seriously let someone make a complete fool of you then take him back?

P.S. Yes I get its her life, but when someone has time and time again hooked up with moron's who use and abuse her, don't you think its time someone who actually loves her steps in and does what's best for her and her KIDS!

We'll never know what prompted your sister to go back to him. It's all up to you to be a caring, loving sister to her, and to your nieces/nephews....a fabulous Auntie.
We all make choices. And whatever he said to her.....however he apologied, you'll never know. Talk to her, and listen, don't accuse.........we never know when we will have to walk in the same shoes. Best wishes!

Obviously your sister is thinking of the kids, and that is powerful. Sometimes holding together the sense of family is a better thing than dragging them through a divorce. How about counseling? Would he go for that? Have you talked to him about this? Would he prefer that your sister divorce him and take him for all that he is worth and embarrass him in front of his friends and work? Maybe he should think about his kids and wife first before himself and his selfish desires.

No one can answer that question but her.I'm not in her shoes neither are you. You only think you know what you would do.The best thing you can do for your sister is be there for her and let her know that know matter what decision she comes up with you will stand by her because you love her.Remember there are no right or wrong answers here for you only for your sister so leave it up to her to decided what the right thing to do is.

No, one trip to Hawaii, doesn't not make up for all his cheating, the lack of respect for her and the relationship, she needs to get this loser out of her life otherwise he will keep cheating on her and disrespecting her because she has allowed him to continue to stay in her life and has waited on him to come back into it...

No way would I take him back. I could never trust him again even if he never cheated again. Trust is a big part of a relationship and without it there is no relationship.

Probably not, the relationship never works out after one person has cheated on the other.

No Self-respecting women would but let's face it...most women have low self-esteem.I would never take my man back if he did that to me ,but I love myself and the man I picked to live my life with loves me too.Stranger things have happened but if he did that to me I'd kick him out on his loose morals.Women need to learn to love who they are ,a loving man will follow.

No, once a cheater always a cheater. you should tell your sister to stop letting him use her as a door mat. the only problem is that he knows that she will take him back if she doesn't want him back then she should tell him.

Your sister should get rid of him and find someone who will respect her...If he has cheated once, he will cheat on her again and again.
