how about a scavenger hunt, have them get chicken bones, rib bones, pork chop bones, potatoe peelings things like that, bread sack, egg shell, dumb things that are sort of weird since it is halloween. When my kids were home we had apple dunking, we would go to the cemetery and have a little scarey story, don't know if you can do that everywhere, and some parents might not agree to that anyway. Have a secret word at the door that pertains to Halloween and if they guess it give them a candy bar.......play bingo and give wild gifts or really weird things..............have fun

This one game that I looooved to host when I was thirteen is called, Halloween feel box.

Some ideas:
Eyeballs - Two large peeled grapes
A bloody heart - Large peeled tomato (and make it kind of squishy and warm)
A brain - tofu
Fingers - small pickles
Ears - Dried apricots

Make sure they are all slightly warm. And it helps to add a story to the "victim" to whom these body parts belong too.

And after the game we had cupcakes with dirt and worms all over it. (crushed oreos and gummies)

well, being 13 myself, i would say.........
make it either reeeeeeeeeeealy scary, so scary they will "have an acident" in their pants (hehe) or make it reeeeealy sweet and cool. like, if going for scary hang fake spider webs here and their, use realistic plastic skelitons (you know, those kind that scar you to death when you walk into halloween stores?). and just have suspesnful music sofltey playing. but if you want to go with an "Inocent" theme i go for CANDY LAND!!!! you know, that board game? google it if you don't know what i'm talking about. but have those large plastic candy canes everywhere and fake lollipops haning up then have candy assortments creativley made here and there.
luck!

a gross food party...the rule is that the food must be good and edible, but look as nasty as possible...examples are dirty diaper dip (guacamole bean dip served in a disposable diaper), ear wax dip (caramel with apple slices), urine samples (jello shooters...of course, no alcohol for the kiddies...but yellow jello or juice in dixie cups), a salami bandaged with gauze and fake blood...they slice it themselves), cat litter cake (cake in a pan with crumbles and tootsie rolls on top)...you can do all kinds of things...props are a must...so are labels with the gross names...don't forget fake flies, plastic poop, etc...it's really fun...we used to do it every year where I used to work...be creative!!!
