Ethics 75% and Intelligence 25%.
Here's how it works, no religion need be involved.. A a person strong in ethics can do great this even if he or she is not very bright. Someone with all of the brains in the world can not make up for a failing to coexist with others respectfully.

well if you work in a big comapny where you have a lot of compition to get to the top i would say intelligence. i kno i kno ur thinkin WAT? but think about it. even if you wrk with ethics not every one will and in this world unfoutunatly we have to do everything we can to get ahead.
