For those who believe 9/11 was an inside job?

Why would the U.S. government spend billions to prepare 9/11 execute it, and spending more money on post-9/11? Why the hell would any one come up with some horrific ideal to exterminate thousands of lives and hurt physically and emotionally to millions. That's like the german Nazis controlling the Holocaust. What is the positive to the goverment on executing the attacks?

It would be all to simple to imagine that the people who believe these laughable conspiracy theories are simply retarded or the product of serious inbreeding. At a glance it might appear that they qualify as candidates for "Deliverance" banjo pickers anonymous club as they spout their inane drivel but the truth is probably far less colorful. To the simple minded the conspiracy theory mythos holds a tremendous allure. It suggests to them that the world isn't really a place where random events occur. A lone gunman can't really kill the president and terrorists can't actually kill thousands of Americans at a throw. For them such things require the effort of the entire US Government working together in a seamless fashion. The world of the conspiracy freak is one of total order and perfect reason and nothing ever "just happens". No matter how many times the "evidence" that they put forward is shredded by structural engineers, and virtually anyone else who can count to eleven without taking a shoe off, they will refuse to hear the truth because if conflicts with their carefully crafted world view.

The sad truth is that they believe because they need to believe. For the true believer the world is secretly governed by phantom groups like the Illuminate, The Gnomes of Zurich, The Learned Elders of Zion, and just possibly The Seven Dwarfs and Lords of Flatbush. In their world The United States Government is capable of perpetrating the most heinous acts of terror and murder involving a cast of thousands of henchmen all in total secrecy but yet is somehow incapable of keeping secret one congressman sending dirty e-mails to an under age congressional page. Conspiracy freaks don't have a problem with reconciling the inconsistancy of the two ideas.

Sure they're silly, stupid and comical,,,but they're also a rather sad bunch who are a long way from growing up.

The number of people who would've been in on the scam (the largest mass murder in history) would fill one the towers. Other conspiracies to think about:

1. The Jews did not suffer in Germany because there was no Holocaust. Actually it was the Jews that was torturing the poor blond haired deprived Germans. Those tattoos on the Jews arms and hands that are still alive today (by the grace of God) are really there because they want to be hip.

3. America did not land on the Moon. We payed billions of dollars for the 360 foot Saturn 5 rocket so we could look at it and say wow that is a big rocket. We kept approx. 400,000 technicians, scientists and construction contractors quiet, with zero leaks to the public. The rocks that we thought that came from moon and have proved to be from the moon are really from the Pacific Ocean.

4. The Mafia whacked JFK, via the Russian connection, via the Cuban connection.

5. Aliens landed in Roswell and we transported them to Area 51 to back engineer their technology, where do you think the stealth air craft came from? Again, we kept it secret by brain washing the thousands of workers who were in on the scam.

6. Fossils of early homosapiens, homoerectus and earlier models were put their by evil paleontologists, athropoligists, and assorted rock hounds looking to enhance their careers, Creation is the real objective reality.

7. America is a conspiracy and is a fake country and none of us Americans really live here.

Think about it- in the past whenever our country was at war we did not elect a different president. Additionally a lot of the ties established by Papa Bush with the Middle East went sour when Bush got into office, so we needed a reason to go to war- it was a temper tantrum. I notice NO ONE gives any citations to support their "theory'. (because it is only a "personal" THEORY by anyone who has not researched the subject adequately).

I really tire of those who have their "all god all mighty" opinions who have nothing but opinions: 99.99999% have opinions. Only a few have done any any legwork to form a REAL opinon.

I started researching the subject 3-4 years ago, and there are still a few questions unanswered in my mind, but very few.

This Q & A is supposed to help one be inquisitive, NOT be relegated to "your pre-judged opinion".

Questions: (for you to answer):

1. Why was there a military exercise the very morning of 9-11 from the Pentagon itself, re: govt action in case a plane hit a commercial bldg?

2.Why was there such a SNAFU in responding to the attack by NORAD? (Response was only minutes away).

3.Why was there never any investigation of the "puts" on the airlines stock involved the week before 9-11, and especially the day before?

4.How come a younger Bush brother (can't call name at the moment) was an officer in a company that had to do with security of the complex, PLUS was in the bldg demolition business?

5.Why did the bldg (with the antenna) collapse from the very top, when the fires/damage was 10 floors below, (with alot of buffering).

6. Why is there almost 1000 degrees difference between the heat from jet fuel (supposedly main source of heat) and the temperature that causes steel beams to begin to "sag"?

7.Why are there numerous reports from police and fireman (but stifiled) stating "there were popping sounds" as the floors began to collapse at FREE FALL SPEED?

8.At the moment, I can't call the name of the incendiary chemical involved in bldg demolition, but will add it later, as it's important and has been defined by experts.

9.Why was Bldg #7 imploded late afternoon 9-11, when there was no appreciable damage to it?

10.Why was the dust emitted from the collapse typical of imploded buildings?

11.Why are minds "made up" before investigating such a matter as important as this?

I'll accept and consider any and all rebuttals to the above, but prefer your cites to support.

You know it's funny that you should compare it to the holocaust. My folks lived in Europe as children during that war. My folks are displaced German-Russian and Austrian-Hungarian. What I have learned from them and what I have learned in our history books is amazingly different. Roosevelt surely knew what he was doing when he said Germans were only after the jewish. America used this to get there way into Israel. My folks were catholic and were persecuted. The nazi's persecuted anyone believing in God and anyone different from a blond haired blue eyed intellect that Hitler believed was the superior race. What about those who had disabilities? He killed them too. Jews are a minority in comparison of all those others that he killed. So, why did Roosevelt push the genocide of the jews as the only ones persecuted? Let's go fast forward to 9/11. Why would Bush execute a methods of mass destruction idea to get back for daddy at Saddam? He knew what was coming. It was told to him in many ways, yet he did nothing about it. And, now we are in a religious war. Great, thanks, Bush! i don't think it was an american plot because we are still mising a plane load of people.

so unless they completely made all those people up, gave them a history, family etc the missle theory has some loopholes.
