back in the 70s there was a guy called big al downing. he was a retired pro baseball pitcher. the band i was in traded sets with his band for a night. he was introduced as a recording artist with a major label, but i cant remember hearing any of his songs anywhere. about a year later i saw him on this really stupid show called hee-haw. i didnt hear the song that he did cause i had the sound off. just watched the show to see the girls on it.
