My toddler (20 month old) son is going to be a little devil for halloween and I thought about painting his face red but I don't wan thim to mess it up any suggestions?

well, if you go to a good halloween/costume store, they can supply you with, and show you how to apply the make-up.
If you only go to wal-mart or something, look for
a. directions on the box

Instead of painting the face...maybe get some hair paint and spike it...
Then you can do a evil mustache and soul patch with an eyebrow pencil...
