You have a problem. according to your body mass index you are an anorexic which i think signifies you are extremely underweight and you need to start taking better care of your health. You think your fat and you probably look like a skeleton which means that you have a very unrealistic view of your body. You need proffesional help with a therapist or you are going to have very many life threatening problems when you get older.

you are too skinny.you need to gain weight. your BMI (body mass index) is 15 which means you are underweight by a lot. you may think you are fat, but in most cases you are probably way skinny and need to gain a bunch of weight. no matter what you think you are not fat.and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. it doesn't matter what they think (well except me of course.) you are underweight i am a little taller than you (like 5'5'') and weigh 120 lbs. and it says i am a desirable weight. so get to eating. or if you eat a lot then ask your doctor about things you can do to keep the weight on. it could be serious like a thyroid problem or something of the matter.

At that height a weight of 105-110 would be more acceptable. At 90 pounds you have bones that are too prominent..Gives you the appearance of skin covering a skeleton. Even an endomorphic body type would tolerate the weight mentioned quite well.

Trust me - you're not fat. If you feel that way, you are in danger of future concerns with eating disorders. I am 5'4" and weigh about 120. That's pretty normal for an active female my age.

You don't have a healthy idea of your body weight if you think you are fat. In fact, I would say you are underweight by at least 10lbs. I suggest you stop being concerned about being fat and start being concerned about being healthy. If you eat good food, you don't need to worry about getting fat.

Your definitely not fat .As you grow your body puts on weight to support the size of your body. That is the way nature works. And as you grow in height your body's dimensions will level out to create the perfect you.
I'm in my thirties stand 5'6 and weight 115lbs. I don't consider this to be normal and I believe I should weight more, but some people are naturally thin/slim .
Consider it a blessing to be slim and trim........

If that's true, your BMI is 15.4. Underweight is less than 18.5. You really should consider seeing a doctor, eating disorders are very dangerous and claim alot of lives. Also, they cause many health problems. Your normal BMI would be 18.5-24.9.
