It's Aragawa in Tokyo. Aragawa gets its famous, hand-fed Kobe beef from a single nearby farm, and it really does melt in your mouth. The restaurant is acknowledged as the best place in town to treat yourself to Kobe beef, and the meat is served with pepper and mustard only; any other relishes are considered blasphemous.

Per Se at the AoL Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle in Manhattan. It costs a minimum of $ 500 dollars PER PERSON (plus an automatic 20% gratuity) to eat there. If you want wine it'll be even more (the wines START at $ 100 bucks a bottle)

If you and a friend were to go there, it would cost you somewhere in the neighborhood of $ 1,320 bucks (and that's assuming you were cheap and didn't leave a tip on top of the 20% grat.)

Think about your question Sir! Who has been in every country and eaten at every Restaurant in every country?

No one is qualified to answer your question, and you raise issues about your maturity by asking such a question.
