It is a PC Webcam apparently manufactured in China, by TeleMax Communications, for Logitech Electonics Inc (Lei).

Go to the website connected to the Camera.. Sounds like Logitech. Some times Logitech screws up and you can't find Drivers on their website for a long period of time.
If you can't then try getting on a search engine like Yahoo!... then type in as the search Logitech, the model of the camera, & Drivers,... Like this...
Logitech SpyCam 360 Drivers
... into the little Search Box on the Webpage...
....then click search or enter or whatever they put now on the search engine you use.
If your unsure your camera's model,.. examine your computer thhoroughly for numbers.
You might also want to check around Logitech's site and look at names and pictures to see what looks like your camera... or do some searches for Logitech Camera and look at the images that come up and what model they are.

usually @www.drivers.com but you need to know the manufacturer, which is logitech, and the model number of the web cam
