Has anyone heard a certain news report that alQaida has been effectively dismantled?

I just heard this on TV ! Tell me if I'm dreaming! Can this possibly be a joke or is it true that alQaida's capabilities has been so reduced that they can no longer accomplish a "hit" like on 9/11?? Thank you for answering my question

The Bush government wouldn't want that, only because they want the war to continue. If international news did find evidence that it was the Bush government would send out assassins to kill the reporters and journalists of media outlets.
