ok, im only in the 10th grade, but my football coaches push us hard, im 16 years old, i bench 250 somthing, the best thing you can do, is bench press, fly's (works the pecks)and push ups. you can also do an inclined press, same as bench, but ur sitting at a different angle.

i hopes this helps you, it did me, i was on the varsity team till i tore my ACL!

what these guyz are saying is right but its very boring and you normally want to give up half way through and usually do so my advise is play basketball any other sport will help too but ive seen most progress in basketball players so hope this helps
