No, nothing has been proven in the terms of life to survive and not being in suspended animation ( I'm refering to Water Bears) , without water. So no. Or unless we would have not had life on earth or have evolutionised much differently than what we see today.

People have survived for weeks without food, but will die in about 3 days without water.

Water is involved in metabolic processes. It is key electron acceptor in mass production of ATP that is commonly used in body to power various biochemical reactions. Without water energy production will slow and probably stop and you die.
