My guesses:

1. slang for "Full of hot air and quickly explodes in the person's face (person is proven wrong)"

2. Geared towards the adolescent frame of mind (marketing).

3. A slam implying the philosophy is childish.

Drawing from inference alone, I would assume that it means someone who attempts to pass off their opinions as truth without evidence to back them up.

Something that sounds sweet, but lacks substance, perhaps.

That's my best guess, anyway.
