the best thing is click on their name,click ignore,then tell them you did this.finish game remember their id and don't play with them. if it gets really bad you can make a screen shot and do this;

I don't do anything if a person bad mouths YOU. nothing personal, but i wouldn't really be in a place to do anything.

You can either ignore them or engage in a flame war with them. You can't change someone else's behaviour but you can control yours. If the game youre in isnt important you might try switching tables (or rooms).
