It does not differ.....only difference is perhaps that women are being recognized more in the work force......they have always been undervalued in society in general........this is changing slowly....since they are still being paid less than men in the same positions.......since majority of companies are owned by men. They still feel that women should be "bare foot and pregnant". I've worked in the corporate world for years and can tell you women will always be undervalued in the work force.......beauty and talent together will however get women further......$$ and cents and promotions.......beauty and brains is best for a woman......unfortunately we're not judged on work alone.

Not too much, except can't open our mouths without getting bollocked for saying something the women think is "non-PC", or them getting their knickers in a twist over "sexual harrassment" just for making harmless little compliments...... and women bosses seem to make a mountain out of a mole hill of issues a man boss would brush off and see the funny side of.

That's of course if us guys can get a job, thanks to the Politically Correct idea known as "positive discrimination"

We are still living in a male dominated society, and women are starting to have their say in this world, yet it's still male dominated it will still be that way because women's biological built stands between her and world domenation. im not saying she is less smart than man but there bilogical issues that sets her back such as pregnancy, periods, etc...

duo to these issues she will be able achieve high ranks in her work place and achieve higher social ranks, but it won't be for a long term like a man.

Simple, when a man does anything it's no big deal. Yet, women are praised for anything they do, even if men have been doing it for centuries.
