Lose weight. The breasts are usually the first place to lose fat. Do weight lifting exercises for the chest to turn some of the fat into muscle. Be aware that pregnancy and childbirth could premantly change your body and your breasts may never be the same as they were before you had your children. Just the way it is.

Well people say don't breastfeed. BUT they will get smaller after you breastfeed. For now I used a ace bandage and 2 sports bras until they shrinked down which was about 8 weeks after baby was born.

Do breastfeed! Mine are back to their regular size after 20 months or so.

Stop having kids!!1 They will shrink back some as youlose weight and you end lactation (making milk.)

I can't say you will drop back to a C cup but they should shrink.

You also did not give your age. You don't stop growing until around age 26 or so.

after i finished nursing, i became unhappy to confirm them go down and in basic terms putting pores and skin yet even as i check out my useful son my sadness disappeared and that would want to continually be fixed with implants if it quite bothers you

First of all, NURSE your baby. Your breasts will not "grow"- when your baby is weaned, your breasts will get smaller. oh- maybe you should learn more about what happens to your body and the results of having babies before you have any more!

make sure you don't get pregnant again soon. If you are breastfeeding, your breasts will remain large until you are through. If you are bottlefeeding, they should go down to your previous breast size.
