If you call and get into adoption/foster care, and you already have someone willing to take you in, will they allow that?

No, unless you want to go through the long hassle of divorcing your parents for which you need a really strong case. By the time that is over you will probably be 18 already anyway.
Talk to someone who has been in foster care to see if it is the dream life that you think it is - being shuttled from one home to another, being cared for by people who see you as numbers on a pay stub, knowing that at any small misbehavior can get you sent along to another home.
Why do you need to leave your parents? Do you have a friend or relative that can take you in temporarily? Sometimes teens and parents just need a break from each other and a weekend away can help a lot. Talk to them and give that a try.

You can call foster care, but I doubt they'll let you choose where you want to live.If you want to be adopted by someone else, your parents either sign over there rights, but if you can come up with a good reason and prove it, then they can have there rights taken away and then you can be adopted by the other people. If social services comes and removes you from the home for some reason or another, you can try to get them to get in touch with the other people. Some workers will and some won't.

the love of your parents will never be the same as strangers, and even so you if your parents say no you can't be adopted and nothing will change that not even you, and the law will always be in favor of your parents. just think your parents will always want the best for you but if you want to try your luck and be adopted you don't know what it will become in your future they will take you and make you a slave cause they don't really know you like how your parents do

Nope, doesn't work like that. Your parents would have to give up their legal rights. Even at that, there is no guarantee that the state would allow you to be adopted by the person that you have been in contact with. There is a TON of red tape and huge legal fees involved.

its entirley up to your parents so unless they were willing to let you go you wouldnt be able to not even if someone is willing to take you in unless there is a big issue on why you want to be in foster care like your parents abuse you or neglect you you could report that and the state would take custody of you and place you i'm not quite as sure it would be the family you chose but never know

Nope. Your parents OWN you until you are 18. You may be able to get emancipated at 16-17 in some states, but your parents can fight that too.

Do you hate your parents that much? What you are doing essentially is insulting and disrespecting your parents to the nth degree, (unless your parents are abusive to you, lawless, and evil human beings). Is it that bad that you cannot wait till you are an adult in just two years?

If you are doing this out of spite, then no court or social worker will even listen to you. If your parents are good parents, of course, they will say no. And if they are really exeptional parents, they will still love you in spite of the "slap in the face" you are doing to them.

No... your parents would have to sign away their rights to you in order to be adopted unless they were proven to be unfit (and by unfit I don't mean that they won't let you play your playstation 2 until 3am).
