i think that this guy i'm dating for three months now is married but i don't know how to find out and i keep hearing rumors that he is....he's in the military (drill instructor) and my friends say that most of them are ......how can i find out the truth?

Not only is he married but I believe he has at least two kids. But I think you knew he was married early on. There was a huge sign early on that you either ignored or just missed. Do yourself and his family a favor and break it off.

There are a couple of clues that can help you find out if the guy is married. First off, the fact that "most" drill instructors are married is proof of nothing. In fact, it's stupid.
Do you know where he lives? Have you ever been to his house or does he only meet you at your place or a neutral location? Do you have his home phone number or only a cell number? Is he very particular about where you go and when you go? Does he only see you at very specific times (and only those times)? Have you ever met any of his friends?
Answer those questions. Whether or not he's married will become pretty obvious. Oh, and if you confront him and he says "you're crazy." He's married.

Do you have his house number? Have you ever been out with him in public, do you know where he works? 3 months is a bit of time you should know something about him. If hes in the military, married and cheating on his wife he will be reduced in rank or discharged. Do you live by a base?

guys lie about being married because they are not happy in their relationship. because if they were they would never lie about it. they would be like "you sure are beautiful, if i wasn't married you would be mine." besides the unhappiness men are just liars by nature. hope this answer helps. and usually rumors are true. especially rumors like that. no one just goes around making up rumors about marriage. and have you tried to contact his 1st Sargent and if he is married he can get in a lot of trouble for cheating on his wife. the military frowns on that.

I do not know why we men lie about that, but I am guilty of it as well.
After I learned my lesson from lying, then I started telling the truth because eventually you are going to get caught.
If you really want to know have one of your friends to follow him from you house one day, and see where he goes.
