The increase in online dependency and popularity provides a new community for pedophiles, thieves, and predators to victimize. We need to keep our children and adults safe.

uh i think parents are the only ones who can really control their children online...parents should only allow their children on the internet when they are around to watch. It wont make the biggest difference but definetely would make a significant difference. Any little bit helps

No one controls the internet so the only was is self regulation. Boycotting ISPs and hosting centers that allow this people to operate it will send messages to this people that such behaviours are not accepted.
