what do i do?

i have these pimples apearing around my mouth and i dont know why like one wont go away and i had it for a while....so how do i get rid of it?and fast?it keeps bothering because its like really noticeable and i hate that....

r u sure they're pimples?...usually those reccuring around the mouth tend to be cold sores. If they're an open wound, put a small amount of neosporin (triple action antibacterial ointment) on them at night, this will keep the bacteria levels down, and help to heal quicker without leaving scars. Also, keep some hand sanitizer handy. The comment about subconsciously touching your mouth is true, and keeping your hands sanitized will help a lot.

Don't use anything salycilic though, not without checking with your doctor first. This acid tends to dry your skin so much that if not used properly, will lead your oil glands to start over producing leading to a myriad of other problems, such as cystic acne.

I just was told this by someone the other day...it's an old remedy she said for acne try putting some honey on it and a band-aid over it and the honey kills the bacteria and do this before bedtime and poof it is supposed to be gone in the morning...doesn't hurt to give it a try...my daughter is 19 and suffers from acne and I just told her about it but no honey in the house. Let me know if it works!

maybe you (as a habit) keep your hands on and around your mouth. hands are very oily and constant contact of hand and mouth can cause breakouts, even the telephone. just make sure u are washing your face daily, with like a salicilic acne fighting treatment in it.
