Probably not. You will experience some cramping throughout the first few weeks of pregnancy as your body prepares to accomodate the baby. These cramps will probably feel more severe than your typical menstrual cramps.
As for the spotting, I'm willing to bet it's simply the result of the fertilized egg implanting into the lining of the uterus. Don't worry about it unless the flow is very, very heavy - in that case, call your doctor.

Maybe an "early miscarriage" but i think its just your period.
You would not need to see a Dr. if you are only 10 days past ovulation. Your body will take care of the problem. If sever cramping persists for more than 4 days, then you need to see a Dr.....could be a sign of something else.

Hate to break it to you, yet AF warning signs and being pregnant warning signs are almost comparable. once I have been given pregnant, I had cramps, skin ruin outs, moodiness, the coolest deal. everyday AF warning signs for me. while you're truly thinking you would be able to correctly be pregnant, you need to take a attempt. there is not any way we can inform you something. Wait till AF is previous due formerly finding out and you need to have your answer.

Do you know if you are pregnant already? Because if not, you could just have implantation bleeding which is common in early pregnancy.
