New computers have system restore disks, or they include the blank disks (GAteway) and instruct you to make them first thing after setting comp up. I have two HP laptops and they came with disks but they are couple years old.

regrettably you are able to't. Dell abode windows discs are locked to Dell BIOS code. you isn't waiting to activate it. while you're lacking the HP set up disk, you are able to touch HP and that they could be waiting to deliver you a replace for a nominal value (or no longer so nominal). What you quite need to do is format and reinstall abode windows new. notwithstanding, in case you place up info from the gadget journey log, we'd be waiting to confirm why your gadget is shutting down.

yes but they don't send with the computer anymore. You can go to google search and type in serial/model number and or go to HP website and tyoe in search for your model serial number and they will send the CD's for about 12.00 with shipping
