I met this girl named Janet 2 years ago and I thought we were freinds since I supported her when she cried and weeped. I feel like she isn't giving me credit for all I did for her. She still treats me like she did before she met me and I also feel like she discriminates me. But she is also very insecure and she's always whining about how terrible her school is and how terribly popular people treat her, but everytime I try to help her, later she just treats me like a stranger, what should I do?

if u really like her friendship then u should just confront her about it the worst thing that could happen is she'll tell u she doesn't like or care about u, then you'll know and move onto a better friend,on the other hand she could be soooo insecure she doesn't even realize how she 's treating u and take it from there

It's always hard to deal with people like that. It's good that you value your friendship with her, but if she wont acknowledge you, then what are you getting out of it?
Leave her alone, and try to discourage her from crying on your shoulder... Let her feel what it's like to be alone, and maybe then she will appreciate you a little more.

if you even have to ask if she is your friend, your answer is no.
she is not a friend and you need to ditch her, tell her that she is rude and complains too much and doesnt seem to respect you or the fact that you have helped her. try not to be mean about it. just move on, she doesnt deserve a good friend like you.
