the history is still there.Is there another way to clear the history?

I don't know what's wrong, but the only way that anyone can clean out their history is to go into the internet options. Also remember to delete the cookies and offline content as well. Works like a charm for us !

Hmm, try this, open Internet Explorer > Menu bar > Tools > Internet options > under "browsing history," instead of clicking [Delete], click the [Settings] button > scroll down and where it asks how long to keep the history, set it to "0" days > [O.K.] > [Apply] > [O.K.] > restart IE. Now, as soon as you exit IE, the history will be deleted - hopefully. Try this first. If it doesn't work then I recommend you try CCleaner (a.k.a. Crap Cleaner). It is a privacy tool which deletes the history, temporary files, cookie....etc. You can download it at: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Go to yhis web site and download this free software, www.ccleaner.com this dowload will help you clear all cookies and history. I have it and it works good.

right click internet explorer then go to properties then click clear history

sometimes.. they can't be deleted until u repot ur system.. and if they didn't try to get a software for it.. like TUNE UP UTILITIES
