I would call and check with the local paper as a start. They pretty good about reporting such things. If they have nothing, check with the appropriate department, start with Riverside SO, then San Bernadino SO, and then the city police in each town.
I bet the PE WILL have what you are looking for in their archives. Might be able to go on-line and check electronically.

It should be a matter of public record, I see you sign a Mom if you lost a child in the crash go to the local police station where the crash took place you should be able to get a police report, it usually a dollar a page to get a copy.

I doubt if words can help you. Your actions stated that you are not responsible. Maybe jail time will straighten you out. There is no excuse for drunk driving, & this is your 3rd conviction. You might have a problem!!!! Get help, before you kill someone!!!!
