toilet paper is made to decompose when flushed down the toilet. please dont save it up and put it with your paper recycling.
as for paper towels you can recyle them.

Paper towels ...... yes. Toliet Paper....... NO. It's made to decompose in the septic systems. But then as an after thought, why would you want to recycle a paper towel that cleaned up a child getting sick????? I would risk the landfill areas to just toss it in the trash.

Paper towels are recyclable, with toilet paper, you just have to remember to use both sides, before disposing.

Reuse - better than recycle. Just hang your toilet paper to dry and use again.
