He may just be very shy and be afraid of looking stupid in front of you. Also he may think you are joking and just trying to make fun of him. Let him know that you were serious, when nobody else is around. Tell him that if he is not interested in you then you will leave him alone.

Don't tell him again. Just try having a normal conversation with him. If he seems interested, try keeping up a friendship with him and see what develops. If not, just try to brush him aside and move on.

dont tell him again, i'm sure he heard you the first time.if he's not into to you once you told him, he's not interested. now since its been a few days, so you can really tell if he's shy, or just wants to blow you off. if by 2morrow he shows no sign of interest, move on!

just be honest and ask him how he feels about you? If he's not interested in you, its best to get it out in the open now. You may be hurt, but it won't hurt as much as if you were led on by false hopes and lies, then finding out the truth. Good Luck~
