IF by growth you mean how tall you are or aren't and you are younger than 16 that would be a pediatrician. Don't laugh, they are more specially trained with such things because that is the age group where most growth problems occur.....

I'm unsure what your asking. If you have a growth the type of MD would depend on the location of the growth. If your concerned about your height, then you several choices depending on your age. Under 18 a pediatrician or family practice MD. Over 18, internal medicine, family practice or a specialist called an endocrinologist. A pediatric endocrinologist is another option for the under 18 age , but they are usually only found in major medical centers.

There are a few MDs that can be seen for growth problems, it all depends what the problem is related to. But the most common growth problems are some kind of hormonal problem. So you would see an Endocrinologist.
