Interesting how much difference semantics make. Bush has not used the words "stay the course" since August 4th.
So whatever the new slogan will be, technically there is no change in whatever is happening in Iraq. It's all part of the "new speak" that Orwell described in "1984".
I don't think I would call Bush a flip flopper, he has no clue, he just does what his handlers tell him to do.

He was advised by Karl Rove not to use that term anymore but to use another term meaning to stay the course.
