In your Start menu, go to Programs -> Accesories -> System Tools -> Character Map. The Character Map contains every symbol available in a given font, including many mathematical symbols. Many of them have Unicode identifications, but no keystrokes. Some do have keystrokes using ALT plus some digits from the numerical keypad, but you'll have to memorize them. For those that don't, you need to copy and paste from the Character Map.
