Confidence and faith in yourself is the great equalizer. Whatever it is you are jealous about, you have to realize, there is no on like you, has the gifts or unique abilities you do, or will gratify things in exactly the way you can..it is much deeper than this, but once you grasp this ideal, you will surmount any other insecurity. And, don't confuse jealousy with the concept of loyalty. ...!

Usually all you have to do is talk about it to the person whom you are holding the jealous feelings. Jealousy is usually far fetched. Talk to them and you may see a different light on the subject.
If you hold it in and dwell on it it will fester and boil out of control. It could cause you to not trust people. Not good.

what's up man, you can't let feelings of jealousy take control of your thoughts. You have to understand you can achieve what you want in life but it's not going to be now. Someone else took it now and you're going to have to get it later. Then you'll have what you want and you'll be happy. One day it'll be yours but get involved with what you have now and enjoy it.
