I am attempting to disconnect my MP3 Player and I do not get the confirmation bubble stating that it is safe to disconnect. There is a run command that can help, does anyone know it?

you actually do not need to wait until ur OS says it is safe to disconnect unless you are currently transfering data to or from the USB device. I forget who said it(either microsoft or a computer info site) but the only reason that is in OSes is because no caompany knew how to handle USB until it was already deep into their sea of code

you must wait a few minutes before remove it and retry some often the normal safe process, but if the safety message don´t apeear, be sure that there isn't read/write activity (look for the LED light for these pourpose) and unplug it
