Try the Bobbi Brown Corrector and the Creamy Concealer. The Correctors are usually pink or peach to cancel out the blue circles, and the concealers will brighten up the whole eye area. It's some of the best stuff out on the market!

Boi-ing by Benefit is a concealer that covers everything. Even the really bad circles that never go away.
Another product by Benefit is called Lemon-Aid. It is a yellow concealer/eye brightener that wipes the circles out completely. They both work great. I rely on both of them because I have dark circles genetically and out of everything I tried, these are the only products that make my eyes look amazing. Try Sephora.com Good Luck!

MAC sells little pots of conceilor which are hands down the best I have ever tried, and I have tried many. Also the drying out the foundation thing that someone already wrote here does work. Its better to do in a pinch though.

Try Stila eye concealer...I've tried every concealer under the sun and this is my hands down favorite. The pot that it comes in looks small, but trust me, it will last a really long time.

The problem with a lot of concealers is that they absorb into your skin. The best thing to use is a makeup with micronized minerals, because it sits on top of your skin instead of seeping into it. I like the concealers from Minerelles. http://www.shaklee.net/wealth-via-health/product/Concealers

Buy a colour wheel, it's a colour corrector. Depending on what colour your dark circles are will depend on the colour you will need.
